With over 15 years in the industry, Shay has collaborated with Fortune 500 giants like Google and MTV, as well as influential figures such as Deepak Chopra, Russell Simmons, and musical icons Pharrell Williams and Beck.

    An alumnus of Adelphi University with a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration and certified in Full-Stack Software Engineering from Flat Iron School, Shay seamlessly blends artistic vision with technical acumen. His expertise spans from crafting captivating internet campaigns to architecting automated E-commerce solutions, empowering businesses to thrive in the digital realm.

    As a Commercial & Documentary Filmmaker, Shay excels in capturing the essence of businesses and their core values, resonating with global audiences while maintaining a hyper-local connection. His innovative approach to digital strategy has garnered acclaim for its ability to drive engagement, foster community, and sustain long-term growth.

    Alexander Terezakis, Vice President of ListenUp! Long Island

    Alexander Terezakis blends entrepreneurial drive with creative vision. As Vice President of ListenUp! Long Island, he brings his passion for community, music, and storytelling to the forefront, curating dynamic events that showcase rising talent and cultivate meaningful connections.

    An accomplished musician, Alex recently released the EP Transfiguration with his band Voodoo Van Jam and continues to perform throughout the region with his high-energy project Ceviche With the Boys.

    Professionally, Alex is the founder of Terezakis Studios, a full-service videography and content marketing company. He specializes in social media content creation and brand growth for entrepreneurs, artists, and small business owners, helping them stand out in a crowded digital world.

    Whether he's on stage or behind the camera, Alex is driven by a singular mission: to spark connection, elevate creativity, and build spaces where artistry and business thrive together.

  • Saúl García

    Saul Garcia is a versatile professional deeply immersed in the realms of media production and live entertainment. As a camera operator, he adeptly captures compelling visuals that enhance storytelling and engage audiences. Saul also excels in running the live stream switcher for podcasts, ensuring smooth and dynamic broadcasts that reach a global audience.

    His expertise as an audio and visual technician further underscores his commitment to delivering top-notch productions. Saul meticulously refines sound and visuals, ensuring each project achieves its highest potential.

    In addition to his technical roles, Saul is a vital member of Voodoo Van Jam, a dynamic band where his talents as a musician and technical wizard converge. Whether on stage performing or behind the scenes optimizing audio-visual setups, Saul Garcia exemplifies dedication, creativity, and innovation in every endeavor.

  • Meghan Tinelli

    Meghan Tinelli is an award winning creative designer based in New York, specializing in music photography, lighting and video production. With several years of experience, she graduated from Five Towns College with a focus on Live Entertainment and Media Production. 

    Driven by a passion for music Meghan combines technical skill with a unique creative vision to bring ideas to life. She thrives at concert production ranging from small clubs to large scale festivals. She has experience working in venues doing concert lighting, audio and media. She continues to grow her career in the music industry working with artists creating music videos, behind the scenes content and expanding a band's image.

  • Nadia Weinberg

    Nadia Weinberg is a Media Intern at ListenUp! Long Island. She is currently a senior at LIU Post, pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Game Design with a concentration in Digital Art & Design. With a deep-rooted passion for the music industry, Nadia brings a versatile creative skill set to the ListenUp! team, blending her talents in graphic design, illustration, and web design to elevate the visual identity of our brand.

    From crafting dynamic promotional assets to assisting with video and podcast content, Nadia plays a key role in helping us spotlight Long Island’s vibrant original music and arts scene. Her eye for detail and love for music culture make her an invaluable contributor to our mission of creating compelling, community-driven media.

  • Jason Sullivan

    Jason Sullivan is an award winning cinematographer and colorist, based in the New York Metropolitan Area. As a recent graduate of Five Towns College, he holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree with a concentration in Film and Video.

    During his time at Five Towns, Jason immersed himself in a wide array of production environments and equipment, gaining hands-on experience that shaped his creative vision. It was through this exploration that he discovered a deep passion for cinematography. Among the many tools he has worked with, the Blackmagic Pocket Cinema Camera 6K Pro stands out as his camera of choice, prized for its cinematic image quality and versatility. Complementing his work behind the camera, Jason also enjoys the post-production process—particularly editing and color grading in DaVinci Resolve Studio, where he brings his footage to life with precision and artistic flair.

  • Miguel Cuevas

    Hey, I’m Miguel Cuevas, an intern at Listen Up Long Island who’s all about creating clicks. I manage social media accounts, edit videos, and design posts that bring ideas to life online. I’m currently studying communcations with a focus in New Media at Adelphi University, where I’m honing my skills in digital storytelling and creative strategy. When I’m not working, you’ll probably find me exploring new music or getting lost in a good video game.

  • Christian Dormier

    My name is Christian Dormier. I am a passionate and hardworking Audio Engineer and Musician with an immense knowledge of audio and music production. I graduated from Five Towns College in 2025 with a degree concentration in Audio Recording Technology, while majoring in music performance. I’ve been playing piano since I was 8 years old, developing a passion for music and a desire to pursue professionally. I first enrolled into LIU Post to study music education. While I was there, however, I developed a stronger interest in audio recording and music production, which led to me transferring to Five Towns College, a school that would better suit those pursuits. Since then, I’ve been looking for ways to strengthen my skills in the field of audio and music while learning new skills I can add to my tool belt, so to speak. At the end of the day, I aspire nothing more than to be another hard working American, with a slightly more interesting line of work.

    Natalie Urso is a media intern for ListenUp! Long Island and a student at Hofstra University, where she is pursuing a B.A. in Film Studies and Production with minors in Fine Arts and Social Media Marketing. Through her internship with Women Rising Productions and her role as Vice President of Marketing for Alpha Phi’s Theta Mu Chapter, Natalie has further expanded her creative skill set—gaining hands-on experience in content creation, social media strategy, branding, and visual storytelling. Her work reflects a blend of artistic vision, strategic thinking, fueling her passion for impactful story-driven marketing.
